These terms apply to your use of the Shiney AI website, operated by Shiney Inc. Questions: hello@shiney.ai. They do not replace a signed agreement for paid work.
Using the website
You may use this website to learn about our services and to send genuine business enquiries. Do not use it to send unlawful material, pretend to be someone else, spread malicious code or try to access the website or its systems without permission.
Enquiries and free audit calls
Sending an enquiry or booking an audit call is free and does not buy a service or commit you to anything. The audit call is a first conversation about your business and what could help.
A time is only booked once the booking page confirms it. If the page says your booking is still being checked, check its status or email us rather than booking again.
Your information and text messages
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. Text messages, which we only send if you tick the text box, are covered by our SMS Terms.
Paid work
Any paid work is agreed in a separate written agreement that sets out what we deliver, the price, payment terms, timing and how either side can end it. An enquiry alone does not create that agreement. Your mandatory legal rights are not affected.
Website content
Service descriptions and examples on this website are general information. The example projects show what we can set up; they are not case studies of named clients. Photos are free stock photos used for illustration. We do not promise a particular number of leads, bookings, reviews or revenue.
Ownership and other services
The Shiney AI name, website text and design belong to us. You may share links to the website; other use needs our permission. Photos remain subject to their owners’ licences.
Links to other websites and services are for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control them.
Availability and responsibility
We may change the website or pause it for maintenance. Please confirm details with us before relying on general website information for a business decision.
Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law. Responsibilities for paid work are set out in the separate agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes to an existing agreement for paid work follow that agreement.
